Below are 5 ways by which you can remit payments to Century Communities Corporation in order to fund your new unit or home. Please review them and choose the option which is easiest for you. There are detailed instructions shown below.

20% Downpayment, payable in 6 months, 60% Payable in 36 months with 0% interest & 20% Payable upon turnover.

 

 

2.

20% Downpayment payable in 6 months, .28% Monthly Amortization with 8.33% Balloon payment every 6th month for 3 years & 40% Payable upon Turnover.

 

 

3.

30% Downpayment, 70% Payable in 42 months with 0% interest & 0% Turnover.

 

 

4.

50% Downpayment payable in 6 months, 50% payable in 36 months & 0% Turnover.

 

 

5.

95% Cash in 30 days & 5% Payable upon Turnover.

1. Reservation fee P 25,000.00 for Napa homes

 

 

2. Reservation fee P 50,000.00 for Stanford, Irvine,

 

 

Delano, Fremont Homes.

 

 

 

3. Reservation fee P 100,000.00 for Atherton and Berkeley
