Notes:
1 Notwithstanding any payment term chosen, all outstanding balances are payable upon issuance of turnover notice.
2 All  local & international buyers are required to submit post dated-checks covering the downpayment, monthly
amortizations, balloon payments and turnover.
3 Shaw Tower expected turnover is December 2009. Mayflower expected turnover is December 2010.
4 For international clients who wish to avail Option 8 Discount rates, foreign check must be given immediately
[no more reservation fee], as there is a 30-60 day clearing time for U.S. and other foreign checks.

Otherwise, discount of Option 9 shall apply.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • All above payment options are subject to change without prior notice
  • Initial payment of P25,000.00 to hold the unit, Reservation Fee will be automatically deducted from the Downpayment
  • Reservation Fee is good only for 30 days
  • Monthly Amortization should be covered with of POST DATED CHECKS
  • Outstanding Balance [Retention] shall be payable upon receipt of turnover notice
  • Remaining balance can be payable thru Bank or continue In-house Financing with corresponding Interest rate

 Guidelines to CTS [Contract to sell] Financing:

 

  1. Once buyer reaches 40% payment, he/she can immediately apply for CTS financing [typically year 3] to finance the remaining balance of 60% on their unit
  2. Because of the developers close relationship with banks, buyers of Soho Central will get a high chance of approval for their loan.
  3. 60% balance can be paid in 5, 10, 15 or 20 years. Interest rate & monthly payments will depend upon market rates at that time application for CTS financing is filed. Current rates for 5 a year loan is 13% per annum.

SALES GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS:

·         Php 50,000 Reservation Fee is to hold the particular unit

·         Required Downpayment to follow after thirty [30] upon payment of Reservation Fee

·         Monthly Amortization shall start thirty [30] days from full payment of equity.

·         All amortization payments shall be covered with post-dated checks

·          All forms of payments to be made by the buyer shall be payable directly to CENTURY COMMUNITIES CORP. or CENTURY PROPERTIES, INC. and will be honored upon issuance of Official Receipts of monthly payments upon clearance of each post dated check

·         The buyer must be abide of guidelines of the Developer as stipulated  in the Reservation Agreement
